Your services are extremely expensive and to top it off, you send texts and emails over and over asking for reviews. I’ve opted out of the texts before and am now receiving them again. I won’t use your service again. Way too overpriced for dry cleaning.

Tide lost 5 of my shirts two weeks ago and nothing has been done to locate them.

Overcharged. Quoted $7 something per blazer for 5 blazers and charged $66.49 when I picked them up. Then when I took the plastic off they were still wrinkled and you could smell my perfume in the lapel. They were not cleaned! Horrible experience.

A lot of delay waiting. First one person comes out. Takes my shirt. Doesn’t ask name or phone number or anything. I ask if they need my name. Guy goes in, cones back out again. They didn’t find me, they come to tell me I have to be entered as new customer. I say of course, you don’t need to ask. I guess I hadn’t visited since it was under a different name. After more than 15 years with MW cleaners I have been forced to change cleaners. I simply asked to not have creases in my pants but Tide could not carry out my request. This happened even after I took them back to have redone. To add insult to injury, I finally thought I just had to wear the wide legged pants because they were all I had left to wear on a trip. I dropped off two men’s dress shirts for mending a hole in each for a quick turn around alteration. That was a month ago. My store list both shirts. Spoke to associate to track down and have not heard back. Very disappointed.

Way too expensive for 3 men’s shirts almost $36 with discount... ticket indicated these were women’s blouses.. Don’t plan on going back!😩
