You still are having trouble getting dress shirt collars ironed correctly. and you are missing a button now and them.

You are still having a problem putting the collar crease in the right place on dress shirts (especially white dress shirts). The ironing on the collar does not follow the collar seam making it difficult to wear a tie and have it be comfortably in the correct place.
The people behind the counter give excellent service, and in addition are always pleasant. We have lived in Houston for 39 years and in all that time we have never experienced a problem.
