The employees are always quick to meet me at my car to take my drop off and bring me my completed order with a smile!
Tide Cleaners--one of the most expensive dry cleaners in Houston--is showing a great deal of carelessness with shirts, frequently breaking buttons. However, the most serious issue is that they lose garments. For the second time, I am experiencing problems for this very reason. I recently dropped off a pair of Robert Graham jeans; more than a month has passed since then, yet the employee at the pickup location has taken no action. For this reason, I decided today to contact you via your official website.

The prices are extremely high. I paid 102.00 for 8 shirts and it still had stains on them. Just over priced for the service.
Every time I came they closed before posted hours. Employee did not honor my discount like she said she would and this is the second time it happened. It’s always at pick up that they have to put it in. The other time, it took them over a week to dry clean my clothes

Service is excellent but prices are Over The Top Expensive!!!!
It was an amazing experience until I paid $78 to clean a dress. It was one day service, but that is outrageous. I will not be back.
