Yes, I tried your services a second time (2 separate orders), but I won't be back for a third, after being charged $39 to dry clean one formal dress, and $30 for another and that was 'after' the discounts applied!!! That is absurd! One dress in particular, did not have any embellishments or excessive detailing that would warrant such an high price. And you don't list prices, another deterrent. But to have to pay nearly $70 to dry clean two dresses is outrageous, and egregious!

Because your cleaners is near my home, and I had coupons, I decided to try your services again. In particular, I had two formal dresses to be cleaned, that I planned to donate to a local school's Prom event. One dress was a simple long dress, with a lace overlay on the left side of the dress, the second was a short, cocktail style - satin, with a brooch in the center. $14.99 + tax(8.25%) was the quoted price amounting to $16.23 total but the clerk raised the price to $50.47 because of some asinine reason for buttons!LOL! I told him I will pick up the comforter and take my business somewhere else tomorrow!LOL!

Resolved difficult receipt issued with hold over ZMen"s Warehouse computer system. It does not show a single item charge along with discounted amount below so a net after discount charge amount is shown. zoo take a look at Pilgrim cleaners receipts.
Too expensive!!! $50+ for 5 garments. Outrageous. Thank God for your coupon! Never again.

When did the price to clean a thin, ladies cotton sweater climb to $17.95? I was charged that the other day. When I questioned it, I was told that it’s $11.95 for ladies sweaters, but an upcharge for cotton. SERIOUSLY? What kind of sweater is $11.95? Acrylic? The only reason I didn’t throw it in the washing machine myself was because it had gotten salad dressing on it. I clearly stated at drop off that it needed spot treatment.
