When did the price to clean a thin, ladies cotton sweater climb to $17.95? I was charged that the other day. When I questioned it, I was told that it’s $11.95 for ladies sweaters, but an upcharge for cotton. SERIOUSLY? What kind of sweater is $11.95? Acrylic? The only reason I didn’t throw it in the washing machine myself was because it had gotten salad dressing on it. I clearly stated at drop off that it needed spot treatment. I am constantly having to return my dress shirts for re-cleaning because the collars are dirty. This is a hugh disappointment and inconvenience. I am using a different cleaners now until you fix the problems.
Never had a problem before Tide bought MW Cleaners. Now, constant mistakes: starch when I have requested NO starch, fresh dirt on shirt cuffs, stains appear that did not exist before, crumpled shirts, bent collars, etc..... How did the quality drop so quickly?
Very convientent, very nice and professional .thought prices were outrageous. Asked for price list did not have one .
I don't think the quality is worth the prices you charge. Way to expensive.
As a first time customer, my understanding was I was to receive a 50% discount. When I got home, I realized I had not. I reported it through a chat message and was assured the store manager would credit my debit card with the appropriate adjustment. To date, that has not occurred. So far, i’m NOT impressed.
It was my first visit. I brought several pieces and used a 50% off coupon offer for first time customers. At pick up, I was shocked to learn that my total bill at 50% off was equal to most other dry cleaner's regular pricing. I felt like I had been totally scammed. The frontline price for multiple items was $10 or more. Other dry cleaners I have used are closer to $5 for the same type of item.
I have been using MW Cleaners for more than 20 years. since it became Tide it seems like something happened. i requested to have a bunch of shirts folded recently and they were handed back to my hanging as if no one knew I had requested folded. i recently lost a bow tie and found myself spending more time calling following up about it than anyone at Tide. Courteous, yet professional attitude of employees. The "free" certificate for 2 items, ended up including a 3rd item. I like the drive-up service.
