I had brought my laundry in on Sat to be done and delivered back to my home at 6089 Woodway Drive, right down the block from the shop on Augusta and Woodway. Next thing I know I am getting a text yesterday telling me my laundry was in some lock box somewhere. Still have no idea what address the lock box was located. The nice manager at the Augusta location had the driver go get the laundry and bring back to the shop for me to pick up which worked out fine. Very expensive for services rendered. Work performed very well, clothes returned in excellent condition. Sweaters returned in zippered bags, which is a very good service to offer. Pricing just 30-40% more than other cleaners. Would use in an emergency, or for specialty products or in an emergency. Personnel very helpful and polite. Attractive hours.
Employees were rude the dry cleaning was poor. I will not be returning
I would always leave a note attached to each piece of clothing, i.e. "crease or no crease," and the directions were not followed. It didn't happen all the time, but enough to be very irritating. I always submitted a 20% off coupon and always had to check to make sure it was applied. Again, not all the time but enough so that I was always doublechecking. Not only could you not follow simple directions as to "crease" or "no crease," I always had to double check to make sure you applied the 20% coupon. Plus, you had attendants that had attitudes. Not a pleasant experience. Got tired of it.
The service is not what it used to be. The young lady at the counter was rude, not happy to be doing this job and not very helpful.
Not only can you not follow directions, as far as center crease versus no crease, but you had one employee who had an attitude, big time. The last time I was there, I picked up an order that you had to redo, (at no charge), but then the other clothes I had dropped off WITH A 20% COUPON, the coupon was never deducted off my order. I'm not coming back! I like my shirts unscented, and with starch. At least two times out of three, my shirts came back with a perfumy scent, or without starch, or in both conditions. I don't want my shirts laundered free of charge, nor do I want my shirts sent back through for another laundering, which shortens their lives; I want predictable results! I took my blouse for press only, they charged $8.55 and didn’t even press it. It has the same marks it had when I took it in… they didn’t even try to press it, I tried pressing it with a regular household iron and the marks were gone, I took it there because I thought they’d be good, but not even a little bit. Definitely NOT going there again.
