After going there for 12 Years, and spending approximately 1,800 annually, you lost my business because you would not give me a $100 credit for a torn shirt (which I’m sure only cost you about $10 in labor). This was always the arrangement we had until you got new regional management. Not smart business in my opinion.
You will not be seeing me soon. I was shocked at the cost of dry cleaning 5 dresses and one sweater, but I was appalled when your employee told me that the Augusta location is more expensive than the other locations, because of the geographical area it is located in. So just because the residents around the Augusta location can pay more for services, you increase the cost of your service?
