The drop off and pickup were easy, the staff was friendly. Too much "stuff" sent back with my clothes, stuffing, and cardboard, and plastic ties and all of the stuff was just too much. Also, the prices are way too high for me. Thank you for the coupon, but I will not be using you again at these prices, about twice as much and I'm paying for all the junk I mentioned before.
I started wit MW cleaners back in 2005. I’ve continued with Tide. They lost a sweater recently . when I inquired they sent an email stating that they had it would be on the next delivery. Well never got it. Very disappointed.
My throw was still dirty. Looks like they just steamed it.

I tried to pick up my dry cleaning on Monday, September 14, 2020 and they weren't open, when a man pulled in front and I said to him no one there and supposed to be open per their hours, and he we're closed, I responded but it from what you have posted it says different, he only offered we' re closed today and proceeded into the business no offering an apology for inconvenience, or for not posting a sign stating closed for day. I took 3 suits ones, one of the suits smelled so bad, so I took it to tide cleaners. I told to employee if it will be better smell after, he said “yes”. The suit came out worse. The other suit had some dirt on it and it came out the same. They charged me about 64 dollars for nothing.

I brought in my $80.00 Brooks Brothers shirt for a redo about 6 weeks ago to the Woodway location. It was never returned and now I find out that is no record of me bringing it in. Management is reportedly checking on this but there is still no word. This is disappointing service.
