Staff is always pleasant -- be nice to have better treatment of cuffs/collars on laundered shirts. Very often (more so than not), shirts come back with collars pressed so that collar tips are bent or collars were not pre-treated (despite asking/tagging on my 'preferred' bag). Very often shirts even come back with a safety-pinned note saying pretreat cuffs/collars, but by no means do they look clean(er)

Please fix your computer system. I really liked the old option of having my credit card on file so my kids could pick up my dry cleaning without having to pay.
Sometimes my shirts are pressed nicely. Other times, they could have done a better job. Once in awhile I've had to bring my shirts back to be done again due to someone ironing wrinkles into my shirts. So, the job you do has been inconsistent. The clerks at the store have been consistently nice and professional.
Favorite place. Delia's continues to improve the dry cleaning experience!
