The clothes look great. Your prices are outrageous. You would have charged me $7.45 for a pair of trousers. The cost of a suit coat $8.45. I would never pay that for dry cleaning. Good thing I had 50% off coupon. If these are your regular prices it will be a long time until I come again unless I have 50% off.
The dry cleaning was done properly and the service staff even remembered my name when I walked in the door and already begun to retrieve my order.
I dropped off hangers for recycling which I have been collecting for a while. They were in a bag and we're not organized. The associate at the counter asked me to organize them up next time when I bring them. The converation was not pleasant. It sounded like it was too much work for her to stack them up. I will not be brining in hangers for recycling next time.

I have been coming here over a decade. Service and staff are good. With prices going up recently I will be looking at other cleaners.
The music that was being played in your store was very inappropriate! Plus your computer system wasn't working, so I had to stand there and wait for it to reboot while listening to the music and feeling extremely uncomfortable!
Not happy with the way the shirts are being done and cost keep rising up. Collars are all wrinkled on hangers
