You ruined two shirts that can no longer be replaced, and this is not the first time. So disappointed with the company, performance and service. Will not be back.
The employees are Brittany Spears retarded could not get my first or last name right after 4 tries my name is Leo she couldn't get it even when I put it on paper. Took 15 minutes to get shirts checked in because she could not figure out material because I took off the label. I told her it's cotton her response to be on the safe side let dry clean them at $6.75 each since we don't know what they are made of. I responded they are cotton! Extremely toxic with the pellet scented things that were out with pens in them. You do realize many people are allergic to those things. As well the clothes smelled like chemicals. As well the price to clean a basic jacket and pants and vest and shirt was $20 bucks. That’s insane. I can not ever step foot back into that chemical place. My asthma and lungs can’t take it. Best of luck. Sorry I can’t use you in the future.
Not friendly staff. Pricey. I tried the Tide Cleaners because of a 50% off coupon I had received. Still pricey. Almost $11.00 to dry clean a dress. I'll be returning to my cleaners I've used for years. Cleaning job was good.
Poor customer service.....my comforter came back looking like it was never cleaned!
I paid to have the zipper replaced in my slacks and it was not done. I looked at it at the time of pick up It did not look like it had been replaced so I asked and I was told that it was indeed replaced. When I put the slacks on today I discovered it was not done and I am very unhappy I needed these slacks for an event today.
Your clerks at the store were very nice. But the girl at the counter spelled my name wrong, even though I spelled it for her, and I never received the email telling me that my dress was ready for pick up. ( My Boss sent me this email, as he has my MISSPELLED name built into the system) It is only a matter of removing the "H" from my name. I brought a dress in for hemming and the hemming was terrible. An item of clothing was included in our order that was not mine. I am traveling out of state and won’t be able to return the item for 3 weeks.
I was in your store for alterations...the girl who took my scrubs pants is AMAZING,,,she was an excellent CSR...the girl from whom I picked my pants up from not so much...she appeared overwhelmed and was unable to answer simple questions. She verbally voiced that she felt overwhelmed whenever there was more than 1 customer at a time in the store.
