I emailed asking for support online and haven’t heard back. It’s been more than 24 hours. Also- would be great to be able to store cc without having to go online. Also- is there a drop location for after hours? I often want to drop off on my way to work, but it’s too early.

I had a shirt with a stain of unknown origins. The stain was marked with tape arrows, yet the shirt was returned with the same stain. I should have checked on the success or failure of the stain removal while picking up my cleaning however; it would have been considerate to advise me the stain could not be removed and inquire if I still wanted the shirt pressed.
I was recently notified of their inability to clean my comforter because of risk of damage. When I called to follow up and ask the reason why, the lady who answered the phone had a horrible tone and was very rude.
Ensure you have the correct email address (spelling). If a customer doesn’t pick up the dry cleaning within a day or two-CALL them! If a piece of clothing doesn’t get cleaned and there is a reason why- CALL the customer! Will never come back
I dropped off a short formal dress. It had sequins and beads-as many formals as well as wedding gowns have. I was quoted a high price of $25+ and told I couldn’t use the 20% coupon from online because it was a gown-even though a gown to me means long. But, as my regular dry cleaner doesn’t do formals, I brought it to you and accepted the steep pricing. The girls at the front were kind of rude, they also didn’t seem to know what they were doing.
Delia's did a good job on my cleaning. They did not however honor a coupon that I had for 20% off. I was told by the employee who took my order in that I should just bring my coupon with me when I picked up my order. I was told by employees when I picked up my order that they could not get the coupon to work because it was not noted on intake. nothing unusual . the shirts came out just like any other dry cleaners. I used your cleaners because I had coupons and was irritated to be able to use only 1 at a time. Why would that be? And even with coupons I felt the price was high. Will probably not use this cleaners again.
