I was mislead on the pricing for my dry cleaning and the program.
$$$$ not good
The jacket was not done right, there was supposed to be creases in the front and back, and it was not done.
Customer service was great! But I did have one of my favorite shirts lost so I would have to say it made it a poor first attempt at your company.
I went in and asked they could clean and preserve my christening gowns. I was told yes and then received a rejection notice three days later.
It was my 1st time and I was shocked at how expensive it was. Your prices are not posted or at least I didn't see them. I will not be back.
The staff was pleasant and professional, the pricing was fair, turnover was quick, but my comforter is still dirty. Kind of a waste of time and money.
My comforter was clean, but the corner was ripped open.
