Great experience
Way more expensive then my usual dry cleaner but I thought I'd try you because it was a bit closer to home then when I attempted to use the 30% coupon I couldn't because it had to be dhown before drop off. That doesn't make sense the norm is service, show coupon then pay.
Not a good experience for my first time. I brought in a specialty item with dye issues and explained this prior to dropping it off. Only to find out 3 days later they didn't clean it because of potential dye issues. They were then requesting a signed wavier prior to cleaning. Why couldn't that not have happened 3 days prior. Then the girl behind the counter said "you know we don't have to clean it" So I took my item and went else where.

What a wonderful team you have at my Delia's. More times than not, my dry-cleaning is on the pick up bar before I even get through the front door. I love my Delia's!

It was a pleasure having our bedding and clothes laundered/dry cleaned at Delia's at 67th Ave. and the Loop 101 in Glendale. I appreciate the member discount, coupons, and specials (especially the 50% off dry cleaning coupons and the 40% off of household items special that you run periodically). The staff at this location is friendly, personable, and always ask if I need assistance bringing the usually large orders to my vehicle. Thanks for soliciting this feedback, and please keep up the great work!
Came in to drop off two down 12 x 18" pillows and 12x18" dry clean only pillow cases and was told you do not dry clean down pillows or the covers. I have used your services for the past five years and have been happy up until now. In fact your company have dry cleaned down comforters for me before. Friday I drove from my home in Sun City West just to drop off these items and was not happy that it was a wasted trip and now I have to seek out another dry cleaner to use.
Constantly have discoloration around collar. I think it might be starch. I told attendant no more starch. Colors are still wrinkled. Not happy.
