This was my first experience at Delia's cleaners. Unfortunately, One of my blouses was ruined. I am still waiting for the email from the manager that the cashier told me I would receive.
I have been sitting in the Car Hop Express spot and 4 people that came after me, that walked passed my car to enter the store, were helped before I was. I am assuming that indoor customers are helped first then when there is time they come to the car hop? 10+ minutes seems excessive when there was one person in the store when I arrived. This is my second negative experience with this location and sadly it's the closest store to my home.
Your store is great but with the parking spot so you don't need 2 get out does not work.i will stop and I still have to get out .I don't know y because nobody is in the store so I just park and walk in witch is fine.cloths look good all the time.thanks
Great cleaners, they did a magnificent job on my work pants, and they have a very pleasant staff. They have turned me into a life time customer.
When I walk into "my" Delia's" they don't even ask my name. The team is the best you could ask for and I will always use Delia's Cleaners.
Once in awhile I have to bring something back b/c it wasn't clean-recently a comforter.

Service is friendly but please lose the car hop sign. Regardless of staffing or customers, the staff here ignore the car hop. Having the sign there while the staff pretend they don't see customers there is just frustrating.
