It was far from my first visit to Delia's Cleaners, and I am a little concerned that you have lost my previous records.
Great customer service. I was not happy with the service though. I brought in a comforter and it was still clearly dirty when I went to pick up. Employee had no problem sending it back to be cleaned again which was great.
I'm at your Delia's location at 67th ave and Beardsley a minimum of twice a week.... It is as if we are family. They will ask question that will help them with their college courses, or just enjoy seeing each others smiling faces. They never ask my name because of the relationship we have. I've enjoyed working with the public for over 30 years and would like to complement you on your ability to hire and retain wonderful employees... thank you for what they/you do. Scott Beckstrom
I love everything about Delia's: the quality cleaning, friendly service personnel. I am very disappointed in the Express Pick up/Drop off. Two times in the last month the delivery truck was parked in it.
Although the dry cleaning was amazing I got over charged.
Continued quality cleaning and customer service.
