Service was very good. My clothes look nice as far as I can see.
This is the second mishap. I brought in pants for seam repair and dry cleaning on thursday, said it would be ready friday. Came in on sarurday to find that the seam was not repaired and it was never put in the system for repair. I just cant risk them continuing to fail to meet basic standard
Well , maybe coming from La , I’m not very familiar with Arizona and how things work here . I believe your prices are ridiculously high to start with . But what concerns me the most , is that your employees could not give me a total when I dropped my dry cleaning. Only when I picked them up , I knew exactly how much my service cost me !!!!!! Shame on you for nickel/ and diming the customer ! I felt cheated and taken advantage of, I turned in 5 items and was charged for 6, because the dress we laundered had a simple ribbon like belt . You should warn the customer in the future ! Poor business tactics !
