Always a great experience. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I love that all I need to do is drop off my bag of stuff, and they take it from there. Dry cleaning or laundering, everything is sorted and processed by them and they never mess anything up. My garments are not only cleaned impeccably...but also very well cared for. Past dry cleaners caused my garments to deteriorate quicker...especially my...favorite (older) items. I do not have these worries with Delia's cleaners. Shirts were cleaned, pressed and starched to my liking.
We usually have my husband's work shirts laundered. Several times we have gotten shirts back with broken buttons. It almost seems like the ironing is too hot, too. Shirts come back with a shine like they were nearly melted, and once the shirt collar's buttons were melted into two tiny lumps of plastic and had to be cut off and replaced. It doesn't happen every time, and we get lots of shirts done. We haven't found another cleaner nearby that can get them done as quickly as Delia's, so we keep coming back anyway, but it would... read more
Great customer service. Your associate remembered me when I returned to pick up my cleaning and helped me out to the car. You don't get service like that many places any more.
