Our cleaning is always done in an expert manner. We have been customers of Delia's on 90th St. for more than 5 years and would not consider using anyone else. The quick service (in by 4 and ready the next day after 5) is so convenient. Plus the staff at the 90th St. store are friendly and very helpful.
I think that you guys do an OK job but I have had several experiences recently with garment do overs and the young kids in the 90th street location that are very customer service oriented. The management team who has followed up on situations do am amazing job. Just not thrilled right now. Kevin
I had a duvet cover pressed/ironed at Tide Cleaners, They told me they would have to clean it, I replied ok, it had been washed, I felt I couldn't iron it as well as a cleaner. I was wrong:!! They did a terrible job. There are large ironed creases throughout and it appears to have been ironed dry. It isn't crisp. For $25.00 I expected a good job. Received a initial price discount because they didn't have to clean it. My first and last experience!
My shirts were done correctly but I paid $76 for 12 shirts and that is ridiculous
On Sunday we went to pick up our dry-cleaning at 11:45. Times printed on the door said you weren't open until 12:00. So we came back home and my husband made a 2nd trip on the same day back to your cleaners. He got there about 12:45-no one was there. He ended up going back on Monday. Don't like the service or the hours.. In addition, I got an e-mail reminding me to pick up our dry cleaning. Not so sure we aren't going to look for another cleaner. Thankyou.

This was my first time going to Tide Cleaners. When I picked up my dress the first time, there were still several areas of stains/markings on the front area. I had to request another cleaning, which was disappointing. At $15/dress I would hope they would look it over before giving it back.
As my wife previously wrote you a few weeks ago, our recent visit to pick up our last order will be our last use of your services. This due to the continuing attitude toward my wife and me by one of your employees when ever we come in.
