I have been a regular for many years. great service.
Staff is ALWAYS friendly, service is quick so I am in and out quickly.
I am happy with my garments that are vies Ed. The staff is pleasant and the timing is good.
As usual, service was prompt and my clothes were done to my satisfaction.

wondering when you are going to put the automatic credit card payment back in the system?
Hey guys - I'm a happy customer but two things: 1. When will you return to keeping a credit card on file for fast pick ups, and 2. the 92nd street store can get really stuffy and sometimes smell like old clothes/closets in there. Love that you are open on Sunday's and can turn cleanings same day sometimes.
Staff members are always polite and professional. Our laundry and dry cleaning are consistently well-prepared.
i value the fact that dry cleaning gets back the next day, and sometimes even the same day--Stephanie at the 90th Street store in Scottsdale is outstanding--she's always pleasant and remembers all customers' names
