I had a blazer that I took in for dry cleaning and pressing. I came back wrinkled and was returned to have it pressed. It came back a second time and was still wrinkled. It was again returned to it pressed. The third time it came back wrinkled again but not as bad as the first two times. Your representative at the 90th Street store was excellent. Quick and staff was friendly
I always enjoy my visits to Delia's as the service as promised is always delivered. Also the younger folks who greet me and take my order are always courteous, professional and efficient.
have had previous super results and experiences, however today I picked up a bed comforter that had what looked like 3 or 4 handprints on it that were not on the bed cover when it was sent to your cleaning facility--I was just called and advised that the mattress cover that I just took in was not covered, and I advised him of the problem with the comforter, and was advised to bring it back and it would be taken care of--since these happen, I will do as advised and await the outcome--if all goes well, Delia's will receive 5 s... read more
