Staff knows me by name, always makes me feel like a priority when I come in. My clothing is done when promised and any spots usually come out without damage to the garment.

I really like the email notifications when order ready for pick up Last week, a pair of pants got lost, a worker mixed them into someone else's order, this would have been the second time Delia's lost a piece of my dry cleaning. I was ready to not use your service any more. Stephanie saved the day! She started working on the issue immediately and kept me in the loop about the progress. The pants were returned to me the next week. Stephanie's efforts and positive attitude thru the ordeal saved Delia's a customer.
Your customer service people are top notch. They remember my name and are very friendly and helpful. Take care of them. They are the reason I keep coming back.
