Even thought I received an email stating my order was ready for pick up, in fact only part of my order was ready. I had to return to pick up the rest of the order. Paid for part of my order with a coupon. Tried to charge me anyway. I went out of my way to give Tide Cleaners a try. Sadly, never again. Please, remove me from any Tide Cleaners' mailing lists I might be on.
I have in my account to launder my shirts. You arbitrarily decide to dry clean to the time of $85. Bad business.
Ridiculous expensive prices even with membership two shirts were dry cleaned when I didn’t ask for $36 for six shirts in a suit stupid

It'd be easier for clients if ur voicemail messsge gave hours along w a prompt to leave a message during business hours when ur rep is on the other line. The current set up is confusing cause it sounds like the corporate office line. My dress shouldve been hung on a hanger that captured real fabric like i hang it at home....more than just the 2 tiny spaghetti straps. It was pulling my dress/shoukder/sleeves out of whack. 5.89 for a shirt is wayy too high
I was told when I picked up my order that one of my items was not cleaned. I was not charged for that piece (the part I liked) but was not notified (the part I didn't like)
Brought a prom dress in to be cleaned only to find out that it was rejected when I went to pick it up. Someone was suppose to have called me!!!
I brought in my comforter to be cleaned and spoke to the lady at the counter prior to leaving it with her. She questioned whether or not it could be cleaned but told me that they would let me know if there was a problem. It’s a very heavy comforter. I got an email from you all that my cleaning was ready to be picked up. When I got there, a different girl was working and told me that they didn’t clean my comforter and that she said it would have never been able to fit into your machines.
