Generally exceptional service and quality cleaning. Only bad experience was my leaving a wallet with money and credit cards in my suit. The lady at the store said that always check. Somehow my wallet disappeared. The back up was the belief that an inspection was conducted at the plant but still no wallet. Other than that bad experience everything else is superb.
The pick up receipt should show the detail and total how much the fee will be when we drop clothes at store, so it won't cause any misunderstanding. Also it's easier for us to let someone to pick it up.

We have been doing our dry cleaning for years at Delia's on 90th Street. The service and turnaround time have always been great. In particular, Stephanie is a great employee. She is always friendly and seems to know each customer's name.
