Friendly employees. Pleasant atmosphere. When you turned over to Tide I put a credit card on file. Last 2 visits 3 different employees couldn’’t put a different credit card on file for payment. They all said something different! Not good out of the gate! Same great dry cleaning!
There has been no difference switching from Delia,'s to Tide. Will continue to do business there.
When dropping off laundry/drycleaning, I would like the receipt to show the amount due for each item so I have the amount before coming back to pick up the finished order.
Convenience and store hours are the best part of this Company. *Prices are high *Accuracy is hit and miss (fold some pants wrong..even with them supposedly 'noting' it)
Great drop off AND pick up personnel. New customer, appreciate that. They told me I can get I think 25% off, but I want to wait until I have been out of town for several days rather than doing a single shirt order. Hoping you can hold that first time / new customer discount for me.

I will never go to another dry cleaners besides Delia‘s! When I first got married 12 years ago my husband lost his wedding ring with a Large diamond in it. We frantically searched the house for two weeks looking for the ring. We all but gave up hope of finding it. Well when we went to pick up our dry cleaning from Delia‘s they had found the ring, saved it and attached it to our dry cleaning. my husband inadvertently left his wedding ring in his pants pocket.. Of the 4 items I picked up yesterday, I returned 2 today to be re-cleaned because the neck areas of the blouse and jacket were still dirty. Since both items were hand-washable I asked for a refund and I would wash them myself. I was told a refund wasn't possible so they are now re-cleaning them. I was not pleased with Delia's, my first time there.
Ridiculous amount charged!!
