The service was wonderful, and I was impressed with the speed. This is sort of overshadowed by the fact that you left a rust stain on the back of the shirt you were supposed to be cleaning
The employee overcharged me by 16 69 and i am still waiting for refund check. 10 days. I had to call another store to get it done correctly. Still dont hsve check as of 12 3 16
Brought in a comforter and we are unsure whether it was actually cleaned because it didn't smell any differently than when we brought it from being stored away during the summer months.
My major problem with your shirt washing is that very often the buttons come back very loose and ready to fall off. Some shirts do not come back ironed very well and those appear to be the ones that are satin type fabric. Perhaps the irons are too hot?
Cashier was friendly and conversational- things seem to be better now, everyone used to be crabby.
It was simple and quick.
Staff was very nice, very professional. I was just turned off by prices. I'm not used to paying that much just for business shirts.
The black and white slacks that you have were ruined by Delia's Cleaners. They were brand new and worn only once with no stains on them. Nygard does not run when washed or dry cleaned. Someone was supposed to call me to let me know how this was going to be resolved but I never received a call. Please let me know how you plan to rectify this situation. As you can see, I stopped using your location until there is resolution. Thank you,
