Great personell working at location but every time I pull into quick drop off nobody comes out to my vehicle. I paid for the service so I can quickly drop off my items in the bag provided and not have to come inside. Besides that great customer service and friendly employees
The collars on several shirts were pressed poorly. I have been fighting this for several years with you. At one point I left to try a different cleaner. I just recently came back again to see if there was any improvement.
I had a latex paint stain (1X1") on a T-shirt. I sent it back 3 times and they still could not get it out. I told them to do whatever was needed even if it ruined the shirt because with the stain I would have to throw it out. The stain never was removed so I threw it out after I picked it up on Wednesday.
this is the second time a piece of my clothing was not with my order. my bag has also been lost in the past. i have been in to pick up my order several times and heard other customers complaining that their times have also been lost.
The lady who answered the phone and the man who I dropped off my comforter with were super nice. I dropped my comforter off to be cleaned I get an email it's done and go to pick it up to find out it hasn't been cleaned and they need my permission to clean it which is fine but a phone call would have been nice to ask before I drove the 20 mins to get my comforter! I took it else where which I was sad about because I always use this Delias.
Prices very reasonable, fast service
I had someone drop off clothes for me. I was totally surprised about how much it cost for a pair of pants. Then, it was explained to me that the cost includes button replacement and zipper repair. That service makes the price more reasonable. The problem is, no buttons were replaced. I guess that has to be pointed out when dropping off. Maybe I'll try Delia's at least one more time.
Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Store is always very clean. Sometimes the pressing of my cloths could be better, but for the most part, I am very happy with your service
Sorry I am from Texas and when we request Heavy starch like cardboard with creases. That's what I requested and hoped for. But didn't receive that. So unless you have the ability to do that I'll have to continue with my search for a dry cleaning services. Thank you your staff were great and accommodating.
