The service was fine. I’m upset that I took in two white lab jackets. (Very thin) and was charged for two coats! $20 for two lab jackets is insane!
Your prices are too expensive! $6.95 per blouse...no thank you!
I don't usually use this cleaners because more expensive than others. Employee was pleasant. Why I use a certain cleaners all comes down to price. Don't care about other aspects.
On the first try the seams/edges on my duvet cover were not pressed @ all - as I discussed in detail w/ the girl @ the desk what needed to be done. So, it had to go back in. Service staff was very pleasant. Turn around time on cleaning terrific. We'll see how it turns out today however. I sincerely hope it will not have to be done again - that would be very disappointing & if that is the case I will not be back again.
Was told they could get the grease mark out of the sleeve and this didn't happen. As for sewing on the patches, they look great.
Wonderful and convenient. However it is not cheap! I do not believe I can continue, but my other cleaner is 3.25 for a shirt...so I guess that laundry is an expense almost a luxury...it is what it is.
Great customer service but paying 25.00 to sew a pocket on a jacket and having to have it cleaned was a lot more than I had expected .
I was disappointed in the alteration communication. I was told replacing a zipper track could be done to a jacket I even called in to speak with someone before I dropped it off and they assured me the alteration could be done. I left it for a few days then received an email confirming I could pick it up. I went to pick up the jacket and was told the alteration couldn't be done by the seamstress but they couldn't even tell me why. Used to bring my suits in every week when I lived closer however $37 to dry clean a comforter is a bit expensive. I think I will shop around next time.
