After contacting you and explaining my problem with the stained shirt, you took it and fixed it! I was told it want the cleaners fault. After I called the headquarters and explained the situation, you fixed the problem and I got my shirt back cleaned and NO STAIN!
Previous cleaners kept ruining my shirts. No issues since using this company
Your employee was very polite and even carried the dry cleaning to the car when she saw I had a cane.
Ella who now works part time at the warner and cooper store is a "Real" people person! She always goes the extra mile for the Customer. Management made a big mistake not making her the manager of that store. She had to seek other full time duties somewhere else! Wake up Management and ownership when you have superior employees!!!
Worst ever. Way overpriced and they neglected to dry clean one of the items Entirely. Clothes don’t look or smell fresh and laundered. They smell as they did when u drop them off. Won’t be returning. Can’t afford to pay $22.50 for a little dress or shirt or $27.50 for a sweatshirt or slacks. Wish Dahlias was still in business there. Now Tide cleaners are on every. Block and it really stinks to not have a decent dry cleaners within a 20 mile radius of my home:
I dropped off a sweatshirt, 4 shirts, a cotton/poly blend blazer & slacks, 2 mini dresses, and a bathing suit cover up. 10 items total..All of which I could have washed at home but decided to drop them off at the dry cleaners . Thinking it shouldn’t be more than $40 for sure. The gal brought them out carrying all items in one hand that is how thin & light weight everything was & told me it would be $97.50!!!! I wanted a stain removed, but they were unable to do so. They covered the stain with my pants piece and presented it to me. I got home to realize that my stain was still there. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the service
Took 16 items to cleaners. Got 15 back. Thinking of trying your competition next time
I had a white dress shirt that had a piece of gum left in breast pocket. I knew it was going to be a challenge to remove the remnants after i washed it. Tide took charge and after 2 attempts it looks fabulous!
