I have never been charged so much for dry cleaning! I brought in 18 pieces total, a majority of skirts, a few pants, tops, nothing special. I was charged over $100!!? I was charged $5.55 per piece; I will NEVER use your services again.
I came in with my normal load to have you dry clean. I also bright a few new dress shirts as well. I went to grab a white dress shirt to go to work with and the color remained dirty. Hate to say I perspire and the shirt gets stained but on my chart says cuffs and collars. Maybe it was done to this shirt and it is beyond cleaning but it is fairly new from Norsdstrom and isn't cheap. The girl in front said it does show white shirts cuff and collar clean and that she will have it redone no charge. It may be that the shirt... read more
