I had the worst experience at this dry cleaners. I had dropped off an expensive white coat that I needed for a speaking engagement. I went to get it the morning before my event to find it in worse condition then I left it. I picked it up and walked outside where I inspected the coat before I left, and walked right back in.The female helping me insisted that I must have dropped it. I insisted that I had not. When I took the plastic off the binding is deteriorated in a lot of areas around the king size. I am not happy about this an need a call. 480-899-4720
Low prices cost.
Great service by your staff. My only question is, how does the 50% off coupon work? The employee showed me a discount of about $11 on my order, which totalled over $30. This doesn't add up. I did not get a receipt for the order so I couldn't verify how the coupon was applied. Otherwise, great experience.

Customer service was great, however I took my jacket in to have the top button fixed, it was starting to come a little loose. I've wornever that jacket once sincell picking it up and the button is actually worse now than it was before I dropped it off. It's extremely loose and feels like it could fall off at anytime.
Friendly service, timely, and clothes well packaged and pressed. Only issue I had was that pricing was not published in store or online. On my way to pick up my clothes it was a mystery to what my charges would be. When I realized at time of payment that my pants were over $4 each to dry clean I must say I was taken back.
