great customer service. quick on time
When I came in to pick up pants that were supposed to be hemmed. They were sent back by your alterations team asking how far to hem the pants when the instructions were clear. I ended up having to purchase another set of pants for the next day.

good work but pricey
Well...you lost my husbands shirt! We let you know...you returned a woman's shirt with his suit... he went to put it on the morning of his interview and it wasn't his shirt! We promptly brought the shirt back to you and you told us that you would track his... which never happened... the next time I came in a woman asked me the price of the shirt and would contact me about it.. still no word... i picked up my dry cleaning yesterday and had a sweater I had dropped off to be clean... it had a couple of holes in it... i am aware... read more
First time using Delia's and they lost one of my shirts and gave me someone else's! Hopefully this will get resolved.
Prices are incredibly expensive. I was shocked when I picked up my items and was told the price. My previous dry cleaners provided comparable quality and service for half the price. I won't be back here.
