I give ZERO STARS. My husband printed out a 15 percent off coupon online but they refused it. You lost a customer. If you don't give discounts don't offer them online.

Didn't clean the item with beading on it. Held it for a week with no phone calls. Could have told us at the timr of drop off rather than wait for us to drive all the way back over for a 2nd trip. Took to another cleaners. No problem and thanks to them it turned out beautiful.
