Didn't clean the item with beading on it. Held it for a week with no phone calls. Could have told us at the timr of drop off rather than wait for us to drive all the way back over for a 2nd trip. Took to another cleaners. No problem and thanks to them it turned out beautiful.
If I could give zero stars I would. I will never go back to your company. I dropped my clothes off on Friday and there were two girls working. I left and went to my car and as I was watching them look over my things through the window. The girl held up my shirt over her body and was showing the other one how big it was on her. They were both laughing and then I saw her do it again with my next two shirts. It was so humiliating.
