The red mark on my dress was never removed, still show.
Took my dress slacks in for an alteration and had them back in less than 48 hrs. Competitor across the street wanted one week to do. In addition to dry cleaning, this is the place to go for alterations.
I have been going to Delta Cleaners since they opened. I'm guessing 15 years? I have like 3 items that I regularly have cleaned and it's the winter months. I have had never an issue or problem. Till this last week. A very heavy sweater, that they have done at least 10 years now, was picked up, and when I put it on the following day, it was discolored and the neck and sleeve edges, were still filthy. Laundry is reasonably and competitively priced so I will continue to bring my shirts for laundry to Tide. However the dry cleaning is priced WAY TOO HIGH! Did not leave my dry cleaning at those prices.
Even though some stains couldn't be removed, you got the blankets white!
My husband's black suit was given to me with the same white spot on a shoulder.
Friendlier staff
Great customer service, but way too expensive. $5+ for pants? Unfortunately, I am looking for a new cleaner.
