Your people are not very friendly.
I got there and didn't realize they had already closed. Even though it was a few minutes after business hours, my cleaning order was graciously accepted.
it was a little pricey for what i had done. i also did not gwt my original hangers back. the leather jacket i had done took extra time, though i wasnt told it would, and it was not very well cleaned. i am pretty disappointed and probably wont return.
The manager KC makes this store what it is. She's great. The laundry is often careless and makes no attempt at stains. KC makes things right.
Hey: Most of the pieces were fine. One jacket -- a new one -- had the cuff messed up pretty bad. I'm hoping that was fixed, but I haven't picked it up yet.
