Well I brought a shirt with a spot and got it back with same dirt spot and smells very very bad
Since your automation , I was not pleased with your service. My shirts were wrinkled and the creases on all of my pants were wrong .I paid nearly $200 for this. Therefore, I have decided to go to a different cleaner after being a customer with you for 6 years.

Never received an email when my clothes were ready so I just went on my own a few days after I was told they would be ready. Picked up the clothes and did not get a receipt, there was no one available during the business hours to ask about the receipt and no one answered the phone when I called while standing in the lobby of the cleaners. To top it off, someone else's clothing was mixed in with mine so I had to make a trip back to the cleaners to bring them back. In general I appreciate Sun Country Cleaners and the friendliness and courtesy of the staff at the Belcher Rte 60 location. However when I received my last order and got it home two polo shirts were dirty and smelled badly. My wife washed them at home.
