I told the cashier that I was not satisfied with the service my clothes look like they was just washed and dried and regular ironed I could've did it myself

I have been doing business with your company for many years now, but each time l have a problem your manager would not want to resolve it. For instance, your company damaged my shirt last year the manager refused to take responsibility and my daughter dress got damaged but nobody want to take responsibility.

Please change your window sign on the 9th st location to reflect the change from Mon -Fri to just Mon, Wed and Fri. I dropped my clothes off on Mon afternoon with the expectation I could get them on Tuesday. I was told it would be Wed. When I asked about the sign.I was told that it was nit correct.

I have been a customer here for about 13 years now and the ladies that work here are fantastic! However, I’ve had horrible customer with the gentleman every time he’s here. Most of the time, the coupons that are sent via email rarely work. Dry cleaning is expensive and I’m certain our business would be valued elsewhere.

Customers that have previously had items written off, meaning they were not picked up within 180 days of processing and were subsequently donated, are now on a Prepaid Only status. This is nothing personal and we certainly do not want to loose your business, we just cannot continue to loose money. Unfortunately this time was very bad I told not to use water in my jeans due to stones and flowers - should be dry and for my surprise it get some red stain from the flowers I regret a lot -

Regency is the WORST! I took a pair of Jeans in to have 2 inches taken off the length on Monday, Jan. 18. I got text notification that they were ready on Friday, Jan 22. I went in on Saturday, Jan. 23, picked up my jeans, went home, and found that no alteration was done. I took them back that day and as there was no manager on duty, the attendant called the manager. The spot is still on my pink sweater along with another spot where it appears something from another garment bled on the pink sweater. Also, the blue/white futon down sweater still has a couple of spots on the white color. This isn’t the first time I have had to return garments to Regency Cleaners to be cleaned again!
