Disappointed took my husband dark black jeans too get dry clean two pair and pick them up today nov 1 2024 and they look ashy like he had them for years I’m very disappointed that’s the reason I took them so they could keep the color

The last thing in the world I want is another unsolicited 'account'. Or a bunch of emails from someone that I just want to clean my clothing occasionally. I tried to use the unsubscribe from all emails feature in an email and was left with a list of things that I had to individually disable. Please do not email or text me. If I want something cleaned, I will show u and hand it to you and then show up and pick it up when you say it will be ready. Thanks for disconnecting me from all communication.

Clothes were clean but the price for 3 shirts and shorts were high at $50.00 dollars this will definitely be my last time coming to this cleaners.

Never take rugs or carpets here. Quoted &15 on phone, raised to $30 when went to store, then $36 when picked up.

I brought the clothes in on a Friday. I was promised my close by 3 PM on Monday. I got maybe a third of the order. I got suits that weren’t even together one skirt, but missing the jacket and one jacket but missing the skirt completely useless to me for my job. And I was getting ready to go out of town and needed them and then the staff was Sassy when I was upset and said that they would only be ready by 5 PM which is not what I was told.
