I dropped off two smelly coats to be cleans in hopes that the smell would removed. I was very disappointed when I picked them up and brought them home smelling the same way. I honestly could have bought a new coat for what I was charged for the so-called cleaning if my two coats. I will not be returning to this cleaners again!

Didn’t get the stains out, still charged me

I went to the Ninth Street Location where I usually go to drop off dry cleaning and laundry. No other customers were there, only employees. I walked up to the counter and placed my items there. First, the clerk stepped WAY back, like 20 feet, as if I actually did have the virus. (I was wearing a mask and the register area had a plastic shield around it.) I have been coming to your cleaners for over 10 years. For the last 3 years every time I bring my closed there buttons are continuously being broken on my shirts.

I took some shirts (9) in last Friday (2/28/20) to be laundered, light starch & hung. They had manufacture labels that said ‘dry clean’, but I specifically said I wanted the washed, starched & pressed. I even signed an agreement/acknowledgment that this was not recommended. Sent my wife to pick up my order , it was $21.08 or something when I came in I had $15 in coupons from picking a prior Order of $140 so I was told to let them scan coupons at drop off and it will be in system well my wife didn’t know so she went in and paid full price and somehow coupons disappeared and not to mention it was her gas money to get back home where we live in Mebane , and know one has done anything about it so far I have used this location for the past 5 years I’m a Pastor so I have cleaning often why would you ... read more

The young white Female was very rude , on This pass Saturday morning. She should never be on the front waiting on customers. Has no customer skills really need to teach her.
For the past few years I’ve brought my family heirloom tablecloth in to be cleaned right after thanksgiving with good results. This year on thanksgiving day I unwrapped it and discovered there was a big tear in it at a place where it could easily have been repaired had I had any idea it was ripped. There was no notation on the receipt that would have alerted me . Needless to say we will find another cleaner to use .
