Presented my laundry and dry cleaning with a five dollar discount coupon that was accepted without comment, but when I went to pick up my laundry, the discount coupon was regarded as worthless, as one of my items was laundry; the counter personnel lacked friendliness as well

I asked for all 4 pair of plants to have a crease- 2 did and 2 did not! What a disappointment to pay $30 and not get what .I requested. The counter help could not understand or speak English too well and the supervisor did not care! What a disappointment!

Upon receiving my husbands shirts we noticed stains under the collar. Don’t believe they were there when we brought them to y’all, disappointing. We also hate how wrinkled shirts are when we get them, they always have to be ironed or steamed. We do think the person working the drive through is delightful!!
