My coat is still nasty and me and my husband have the same jackets and one was 49 and the other was 23 and my jeans was ten dollars and for 3 pieces 88 dollars I'm going to have the trouble shooter in abc news to contact yall guys something is wrong

I asked for everything to be dry cleaned, and they chose to launder my shirts instead without my permission, ruining three $250 shirts that have only ever been dry cleaned before. When I request dry cleaning from a dry cleaner I expect them to dry clean it, like it says on the outside of the building. I was told “they choose” to launder those things themselves…but I don’t care what they choose. The jacket hadn't been pressed.The wrinkles were still in the arms, and across the shoulders on the back. I had to stem the jacket and vest myself.I was very disappointed.

Not so much this time but almost every other time we have been dissatisfied with the removal of spots. Numerous times we get it back with a tag that says “unable to remove spot.” Each time I used a spot remover at home, washed the garment and the spot came out. You all do a very poor job of cleaning the ring around the collar. I have started to pretreat with spot remover before I drop it off to get the ring out

ZERO STARS. My family has used White Star many times, and exclusively after a different cleaner holed Avery nice sweater of hers three years ago. All my wool shirts have been cleaned at White Star on 9th Street; all have DRY CLEAN ONLY labels, and we point out to staff each time that they are wool. For protection, I sometimes leave them in cleaner's plastic sleeve until the following year. Your prices have become insanely high. I understand that fewer guts are wearing suits and dress shirts and woman are into more business casual. That said, you should not make your loyal customers absorb the full costs of the changing business landscape. My wife’s cap used to cost $15 to clean and you just charged us $26.50. Unacceptable! Had to have my dress redone due to the original stains no coming out. When I went to pick it up after the redo it was still wet on the sides and it looks DESTROYED. It’s frayed EVERYWHERE, the designs on the bodice are unraveled all through the front and back. There are still multiple stains on the back of the dress. That will be noticeable when on again. This place has gone downhill. They are sloppy and I've had to have them redo multiple items each visit. I'm never going back here. STAY AWAY.
