THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. AS I'M A SENIOR, THE YOUNG LADY CARRIED MY GARMENTS TO MY CAR. THAT WAS GREAT FOR ME AS I ALSO HAVE A BROKEN SHOULDER.

Have used Regency and no other since we moved to Durham in 1988. The service has been outstanding, friendly, helpful and courteous. I have and will continue recommending Regency to friends and new neighbors. A special thank you to the staff.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Being able to drop off on weekdays by 10 a.m. and pick up by 5 is very helpful, as are the e-mails to let me know when my laundry is ready for pick-up. I wish you would stick with the White Star name.

Reasonably good open/close hours for working people. Cleaning very good overall, only found crushed buttons, and stains and burn marks a couple of times. Personnel excellent to work with.
