$9+ to clean a ladies blouse? How much is a Mens shirt to do the same… TOO EXPENSIVE
The dry cleaning is so high. I spent at least $200.00 per mo. On dry cleaning. Please lower prices!

I pointed out a stain on the material, which he marked and said it could probably be removed, if not they would let me know. When I went to pick up the garments I specifically asked about the stain and was told since there was not a tag it was removed. The tag would indicate it couldn’t be removed. Well the stain was still there. . First I was quoted an incorrect price, he said “around $35.00 when I picked up it was $71.00.

I parked the car, walked to the door, opened it (it closed behind me) I asked the lady if I could get the items back today, she said yes, I gave them to her, opened the door, walked back to the car, got in and left. Part two is a real cliff hanger. I hope they make a movie to honor the experience
Bad attitude and argumentative of staff. Simple because , I asked why my 3 dry cleaned suits was not separated and covered with plastic cover. Staff refused to do so and was reluctant to give me a plastic cover to separate the suits and cover them myself

I took my bridesmaid dress to them at the last minute for a stain and they turned it around in 24hours. This was after I had taken it to another cleaner who took a week to remove two stains and only removed one. When I complained they wouldn’t take it back. Called around and Regency was the only place that heard me out and offered to try. Have been a customer for years but moved and tried a new place closer to my home and regretted it. By far the best in Durham, will never stray again!
