I can’t tell if my coupon came off. There are no before and after prices or itemized receipt. And there is no price list on your website. Also how do I know if I am getting credit toward rewards? More detailed receipts would be helpful. I also just dropped off more items with a 15% off coupon, and again, nothing on the claim ticket.
I don't like the fact that I was not given a price for my cleaning when I dropped it off. He stated the computer don't give prices. That's crazy. Then on pickup, I thought you were overpriced for cleaning a bed spread. Unfortunately I think I'm going to try another cleaner.
Pretty disappointed as we were given a discount at the Owl Cleaner in Wexford for my sons ROTC uniform. No discount at Warrendale office. The young man checking me out said I could contact the manager as he did not know anything about a discount.

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue, Michele. Sorry about that -- It's supposed to be 40% to 50% -- the manager is checking and should be reaching out soon. I'm former ROTC (college) and Army officer so I definitely respect the work.
I got 50% on the order I picked up and only wise perks on the job I left off. Why?
Removed an unknown stain from a very protective coat. Looks like new!
My seam stress could not make the appointment so the gentleman in charge called her. It was decided that if further alterations were needed she would come in. No further alterations were needed.
Brought jacket in to repair fix zipper clip. It did not need a new zipper. Told in advance. And did not need cleaning. Store tried to charge for cleaning and new zipper. it was recently cleaned. Destroyed my wife's brand new dress and put a hole in my pants. Then tried to blame moths on my wife's dress damage even though it was brand new and had no damage when dropped off! Very unprofessional!!
