Owl Cleaners give a professional, high quality, fast dry-cleaning service at a competitive price. We wouldn't think of trying anywhere else after many years as a customer.
Service was excellent. Too expensive. I have other alternatives that are equally as good. Quicker and less expensive. I will not be back.
First time using Owl, and 1st time in many years using a dry cleaner. No issues. The teenager operating the front counter was polite. They removed most of a tar stain that I thought was permanent. I will use again.
I have been using Owl Cleaners for 4-5 years now. The last couple of times that I've picked up my dry cleaning, some of my sweaters have had a very distinct poor smell, as though they've been sitting at the bottom of a laundry basket. The sweater that I wore to work today, for instance, has the same musty odor - I noticed that it was hung on a hanger but didn't have the tissue paper that sweaters normally have. The stains in my jacket are gone now, THANKS to you!
I had a zipper replaced in a hunting jacket. Work was good. My complaint is with your customer service. Item dropped off on 10-22. Assured it would be done 10-29. Didn't hear anything so I called. I was told I would get email updates and when it was ready to be picked up. When I called the garment could not be located. I was told they had to look it up in the computer. Went to pick up my dry cleaning (suit and 2 dress shirts) for a out of town meeting and when I went to pick up my dry cleaning from the location I dropped them off they were not all together. The one shirt was at a different location. I had to drive to a separate location to pick up the rest of my dry cleaning. Probably the last time I drop my dry cleaning off at owls.
The dry cleaning was fine but I was shocked at th price when I picked up a mens shirt and a women's dress and it was $36. If a dress is going to cost way more than the usual charge for a dress it should be told upfront. My dress was hand washable and did not expect it to cost $32 for the dress.
Cost was much higher than anticipated and higher than comparable cleaners in the area.
