Counter service was excellent as usual. However, I do have a beef with the business end of the operation. I am on the billing plan and my last invoice had an additional $2 charge for paper billing. I paid the invoice and added a note with my payment that I would like to be removed from the billing plan and pay on pickup instead. Today when I picked up I was unable to pay for my order.
