I was floored at how expensive my bill was! I obviously paid for the work that had been done but the nearly $100 bill for only 6 items was a hardship on my family. I would never recommend Owl Cleaners and do not plan on returning.
You ruined my blouse and took no responsibility for changing the color.
$5.50 per shirt is too expensive. Should be $3 max if you want my business.
The service was fine, however, your prices are approximately 50% more than the cleaner I typically use. I recently took a job in the Cranberry area and am looking for a cleaner that is more convenient for my trips between my home and the office. The cleaner I used to use is no longer on my way to work. Given the amount of dry cleaning I usually have in a month, the differential in price is worth travelling out of my way.

Mike, We are a little more expensive than some other cleaners but not 50%. We do minor alterations (buttons, seams, etc..) for free with the cleaning process. We are a green cleaner and use fluids that are eco-friendly. Coupons are available in multiple mailings and we have our WISE PERK program which is a frequent customer program that rewards you for what you have brought in. With these coupons the prices are basically the same as other cleaners in the area.
Your prices are excessively high for routine garments. I will not be back.
My pants was not ready on the day I was told and no body even knew where they was at.
The stain wasn't at all removed from the items left for cleaning and one item was shrunk in the process. All in all, not a satisfactory experience.
I took a homecoming dress with several stains on the front to be cleaned. I had no idea what the stains were (food, makeup, dirt, etc). While there they also pointed out the inside of the dress had stains that appeared to be from a spray tan. I was not optimistic the dress would come clean. When I went to pick up the dress (in just 5 days) I was amazed! It looked like a brand new dress. All the stains were completely gone and all the beading and sequins were still intact. I dropped off my clothes on a Saturday and was told they would be ready on Tuesday. I came in Tuesday around 4:00pm and my clothes were not there. A young lady apologized to me and said she would put a rush on it so they would be there Wednesday. I feel that a good service recovery plan would have been to say they would be there Wednesday and there would be a discount of some kind.
