Hi- We had a large number of items cleaned a couple of months ago. I was disappointed when I took the items out of their packaging and a number still had a body odor. Additionally, we were emailed a cost/number of items, but when we actually picked-up our order, we were charged more money than was quoted in the email allegedly due to a counting error. Very disappointed overall.

Had a linen suit with nasty stains from an airline mishap. They worked on it long and hard to remove the stains which are now barely visible.

First time, last time. No prices listed in store; no prices on website; was not told how much my order would cost when I dropped off & when I picked up my order it was almost double of what I expected to pay.

There is a hole in my wool hat that wasnt there when I dropped it off and I was told my coat might be there Monday or Tuesday when I was told it would be there Friday

I dropped off our king comforter to have a small tear stitched up and to get it dry cleaned. I made sure the claim ticket said, "Fix tear on upper front, corner". Within a week I picked up the comforter. A king comforter is way too big and bulky to check on-site. When I got home and took the comforter out of the bag, the tear had not been fixed at all. That was very disappointing! When I put the comforter back onto the bed, a large, faded stripe was down the middle of the comforter. I can assure that was not there previously... read more

First time customer. Friendly service I was surprised the price for each item and the total due was not on the receipt I was given. No prices were displayed in the store either so you don’t know what the cost is till it’s time to pick it up. I am new to this state but never experienced that before.

I received a coupon in the mail, I did not read the fine print, I had to give the coupon when I dropped my clothes off, when you went to pick up my items they would not accept it. I thought that was so misleading and poor customer service. They should of honored the coupon , and explain there policy for next time. I will not go back.
