I am disappointed to see that Owl employees are not wearing masks in order to be sensitive to the large portion of your older clientele that is fearful ( and susceptible) to the virus . While I can understand if you do not choose to require your customers to wear masks , I‘m sure you do not want to lose the business of those who still resist masks . I have been a client for years. I received an email that 25% would be taken off any shirt laundry order dropped off between 5/20 and 5/23. My wife picked up the order today and the clerk refused to take off the 25%. They hassled her because “a coupon had not been submitted when the order was dropped off.” I still have the email stating any shirt laundry between those dates would be discounted, and I dropped it off during the relevant dates. They sent me an email reminder. Then responded to my calls in a timely fashion due to the limited schedule of COVID-19 Quarantine.. I was able to pre pay and pick it up. My go to dry cleaners! Rt 8 Owl Cleaners.
Lost my shirt... everyone makes mistake but these guys had no remorse, admission of guilt or attempt of an apology. In fact told me that i must have given it to another dry cleaners.

Received shirt back still stained and was still charged only to through shirt away. Won't be using owl cleaners in future

Shirts come back creased in the wrong places - my rewards never get applied- the sorts wrinkle terribly as soon as they are put on
