I had a 25% off coupon in my email. Showed it to the lady who rang in my order. Since it took me a minute to find it she'd already rung me in but assured me that she added it. When I came to the drive thru to pick up the order I gave the lady my receipt and card. It wasn't until she gave me the credit card slip that I realized the coupon wasn't on there. She said she couldn't credit my account, but she'd tell the manager and have them do it. Still waiting...

Hi Nancy, Thanks for your feedback. It looks like the 25% off email was for our household items special in April that expired on 4/30/16. We show the items were not dropped off until May 12th. Came in to have a crease fixed on a pair of pants that would not sit flat on the fly. Asked if an alteration could be done to fix it. I was told this wasn't possible, would require pressing it, but not an alteration. I accepted that, but asked if they would fix a button that had broke. The button was quickly repaired. I was also asked if I wanted the pants pressed, I didn't need it done, but since it could fix the fly issue I agreed. I submitted three items for cleaning: 1. Wool coat 2. Wool sweater 3. Polyester raincoat The first two items were cleaned and ironed although I expected (from past dry cleaning experiences) that some pulling would be removed. None was. The raincoat was permanently damaged. Although the cleaners followed the label, a beloved garment was destroyed. I had to ask not to be charged for the cleaning. I am also considering asking for damages. Given experience and reputation, I still expect better.
I never had a problem with NuYale as for as customer service in the 15 years that I trusted my clothes with them , until the restoration department came and got my clothes after smoke damage and then everything just got treated unlike what I would expect from NuYale

Took wedding dress due to you all specializing in wedding dress's. Went to pick up dress and beads around the neckline were missing on one side. Guy working said to leave it he would talk to manager and they would take care of it. Next day I received a call from manager stating that they were sorry but sometimes this happens and there's nothing they can do. that my total is 167.00. One of my white dress shirts was returned with what appears to be a scorch mark over the bottom of the shirt pocket. This is a nice quality shirt which now is totally ruined. I had several items in my last group of cleaning, one was this shirt. I did not notice the mark until I went to put it on this past week. This was my first time at Nu-Yale. Not only were almost all of the stain spots still present, they were not marked as being unable to remove, so myself and the worker assumed all of the spots were removed. I get home to realize that almost all of the stains were still present and in addition, the part that is most upsetting is that one of the buttons on the arm was lost! This is not related to my most recent deliver, however this morning I took a shirt out of the plastic bag from a delivery I received back in December and found a rip at the site of the sleeve cuff button.
